No support at all ?

Am playing this game since almost 2 years
I have lot of problems communicated to support team but no reply at all
I removed the game at the end after having all kinds of weapons fully upgraded
I used to spend hours playing the game. But not any more Because simply i cant connect to multiplayer mode
